FAQ
Before we begin.
A few practical questions about the engagement, the people involved, and how the system remains yours to use.
What is a personal-continuity harness?
A system around selected records, AI assistance, and human decisions. It helps you find context, see what changed, and pick up the next step. Where agreed, it gives an authorised person a documented way to carry a defined responsibility.
Is this a service or a subscription?
A bespoke, scoped engagement with Itay Weinberger. You receive the agreed implementation, evaluation record, and handover materials. There is no Joola platform subscription. External tool costs and any ongoing support are addressed in the agreement.
Does my family have to be involved?
No. A harness can serve you alone. If someone else needs to use it, we agree their role and access with you, establish authority where required, and include them in the handover rehearsal.
Can a family office or adviser be involved?
Yes, within an agreed role and with the principal’s consent. The harness can connect record references, questions, and responsibilities across those people. It does not take over their professional duties or grant access by association.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Scope, permissions, dependencies, and the handover requirements determine the fee and schedule. We agree both in writing before implementation. Intake is selective; there is no published standard package price or promised turnaround.
How is it tested?
We agree acceptance cases, including missing records, unclear authority, stale context, and failure of the AI or its tools. We record observed results and rehearse the handover. The sample documents on the method page are illustrative and have not been run.
What if I cannot use it, or the AI is unavailable?
The scope can include an authorised successor and a readable fallback. We rehearse locating the current record and contacting the right person without AI. Your absence does not automatically unlock access, and future availability cannot be guaranteed.
Where does private information go?
Data locations, provider terms, access, retention, and deletion are agreed before private material is used. Start with a general description. Read the boundaries before sharing anything sensitive.
What happens to the optional brief?
The builder creates a text file on your device. It does not send, track, or save answers to application storage. You review the file and decide whether to email it. Email is the inquiry channel.

What needs to stay
within reach?
A short email about the situation and who may need to carry it is enough. Keep the first note general.
