Method

Map the context.
Design the gates.
Hand over the thread.

Start with one high-stakes personal loop. Agree the sources, permissions, and human decisions, then build and rehearse a way back in for you and, where agreed, your family.

  1. 01 / MAP

    Find the dependencies.

Identify records, advisers, and open decisions for one personal loop. Name who keeps the context current.

  2. 02 / DESIGN

    Set the gates.

Agree who may read, prepare, approve, and receive. Unclear authority or disputed instructions mean stop.

  3. 03 / BUILD & EVALUATE

    Make it inspectable.

Connect agreed sources. Test ordinary runs, missing context, and failed gates. Record results and unresolved limits.

  4. 04 / HAND OVER

    Rehearse the return.

You and, where agreed, an authorised successor rehearse the instructions, including a readable fallback without AI.

Help an authorised family member find the next step.

Purpose
Prepare a source-linked index of agreed records, adviser contacts, and open questions for a named recipient. Exclude credentials and keys. The harness cannot transact or grant asset authority.
Review gate
A designated human checks sources, gaps, and recipient access before releasing the approved version. Edits require fresh approval. Source instructions cannot change permissions.
Authority
Follow only the succession route agreed with you and your advisers. Absence grants no access. If authority is unclear or disputed, stop and refer to counsel.
Fallback & upkeep
Without AI or a source, use the last reviewed, dated index and contact instructions in the agreed location; flag stale information. The named maintainer reviews records and access at agreed intervals and reruns evaluation after changes.

Expected behavior only. When tested, record the version, date, reviewer, observed result, and evidence.
